WHO AM I?

I'M AMIR.
Based in Melbourne
I'm based in Melbourne. I played for Ajax and play country footy for Stanhope, studied Exercise & Sport Science at Deakin, and I've been coaching people in gyms for a while now.
I've done placements at Oakleigh Chargers, a full summer at Melbourne Fitness & Performance, and I run the S&C for Ajax FC. I've got a lot of hours under my belt — not just studying this stuff but actually coaching real people through it.
I've coached a wide range of people, from athletes wanting to improve performance, to men and women looking to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, and finally train with structure.
I've worked with clients face-to-face and online, including people overseas, helping them move away from random programs and start following a plan that actually suits their goals, lifestyle, and experience level.
Whether someone wants to put on size, improve strength, lose weight, or just stop guessing in the gym — my goal is clear coaching, proper accountability, and a program they can actually stick to.
I also help with basic return-to-gym and return-to-sport work after common injuries (nothing medical).
I'm not some massive bodybuilder. I'm just a guy who knows what works, easy to talk to, plays sport, and will actually help you get into shape.
